- As a property owner, you are already a member of the POA.

 

- CURRENT DUES ARE $75 PER PROPERTY OWNER EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2025.

- Notice of Annual Dues are mailed to each property owner with the annual POA meeting notice in September.

 

- Late fee of $10 is assessed after November 30th.
