Street Lights
Is your street light out? Before you call TVEC, whose Light is it?
Is it yours, your neighbors, or does it belong to the City of Berryville?
If it is yours, and you call TVEC (972-932-2214), they will ask for your account number AND the Pole number.
If it is NOT yours, they will NOT tell you whose Pole it is.
If the street light belongs to the City of Berryville, you will need to deliver a written notice to City Hall. City Hall would have to call TVEC to request service.
There are two lights that are owned and paid for by the TPOPOA subdivision as follows: one at the SE corner of CR4117 and Three Points Drive and one in the Park close to the boat ramp and the parking area.
